For Now, our team is on a hybrid work-from-home model. This position will report to our Norcross, Georgia office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. As such, we are only able to consider candidates local to the Metro Atlanta Area. 


At USAN, you will be part of a dedicated team working to provide custom contact center solutions from conception to release. You will work to design creative and robust solutions to streamline processes that keep our organization efficient and allow us to better care for our customers. Your passion for writing code, solving problems, designing solutions, and collaborating with other highly skilled individuals will allow you to achieve success in this fast-paced, ever-changing environment.


Software Development at USAN happens in a mix of different environments. We use C#/.Net for our stack development, SQL server for most of our database work, and JavaScript for our front front-end user interface. We are looking to expand and enhance our custom reports product which utilizes SSRS tools, along with JavaScript libraries to create detailed drillable reports. We give developers the opportunity and flexibility to utilize different languages, tools, and environments.


The SQL Developer will design, develop, test, tune, implement, and support database objects, and the associated T-SQL scripts, using Microsoft SQL Server. You will be heavily involved in creating new complex and high-volume functionality, as well as maintaining existing large data sets, and optimizing the high-volume queries consuming that data. Will be responsible for the creation, optimization, and maintenance of the daily reporting functionality.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
  • Excellent skills with T-SQL and MS SQL Server.
  • 4+ years of related experience, with a focus on large data sets, query optimizations, data integration, reporting, and analysis.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction, in a strong team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex database administration/design/implementation problems.
  • Ability to work well within deadline-oriented development structure.
  • Experience with SSRS, BI, T SQL Performance Tuning, ETL, SSIS.
  • Exposure to C#, ASP.Net, XML, XSLT, SOAP, Perl, and/or Linux a plus.
  • Knowledge of AWS Cloud assets like S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, SNS, EC2, CloudFormation, VPC is plus.
